Patch level

General Settings

The base patch level is 1.100

  • All single target buffs are normalized to 1500 range and 3.0 seconds cast speed.
  • All group target buffs are normalized to 2000 range and 3.0 seconds cast speed.
  • All buffs are uninterruptable.
  • All timed buffs are castable on the move.
  • Most chants/songs are normalized to 2000 range.
  • All regular stat debuffs have been normalized to 60s duration and 350 radius (if AE).
  • Determination cost is changed from 1/1/2/3/3/5/5/7/7 (34 total) to 1/1/2/2/2/3/3/4/4 (22 total).
  • All classes can run up to 8 chants simultaneously.
  • Remove resist pierce interaction versus already negative resists.
  • If more than 2 stealthers are in a group, all stealthers in that group will be seen from 100 units further per player.
    For example if 3 in group, +100 units, if 5 in group, +300 units.
  • Mastery of Stealth detection bonus is capped at level 5 if more than 2 stealthers are in the same group.
  • Water breathing buff will not be needed for swimspeed/diving.
  • Buffs will only have effect within 10 000 range of the caster.
  • Procs can only fire within 10 000 range of the caster.
  • All yellow tier Str/Con and Dex/Qui buffs has been brought up to at least 60, allowing it to cap with 25% buff bonus.
  • All players have the same total health as if they were Champion Level 15
  • Realm Rank 5 abilities will be given to players at level 50.
  • Bleeds from melee styles do not break crowd control.

Cherry-picked changes

Patch 1.101
  • Cure Nearsight will also cure silence
  • The Damage over Time spell from the Nature Affinity Specialization has been moved to the Baseline Spell List
  • Astral Weapons have the same to hit bonus that Artifacts, Champion and Slayer weapons have. (Note: all weapons have)

  • The Nightshade Class is now available to Celts.
Patch 1.104
  • The Envenom amage over Time poisons have had their damage increased.
Patch 1.106
  • The Level 18 Celtic Dual Style Ice Storm has had its growth rate increased and had its Attack Bonus increased to Medium.
  • The Level 21 Celtic Dual Style Hurricane has had its Attack Bonus increased to Medium.
  • The Level 39 Celtic Dual Style Solar Flare has had its Attack Bonus increased to Medium.
Patch 1.107
  • Savages are now able to train in the Realm Ability Charge.
Patch 1.108
  • Fungal Union – The chance for the Animist to not expend power when casting a spell under this effect has been increased to 50%.
  • Dreamweaver – The armor and weapons shown on the Bard while this effect is active have been updated to Dragonslayer Armor and Weapons.
  • Ferocious Will – While this effect is active, the Berserker will also have a 25% bonus to all resistances and a 25% chance to shrug off crowd control spells.
  • Blade Barrier – While this effect is active, the Blademaster will receive 25% less damage from magic attacks.
  • Nature’s Womb – This effect will now silence the Druid for the duration of the spell instead of stunning them.
  • Sputin’s Legacy – This ability will now heal the Healer for, at minimum, 30% of their total health.
  • Entwining Snakes – This ability will now additionally grant the Hunter a 60% unbreakable speed increase for 15 seconds when used.
  • A new Realm Rank 5 ability has been added to the Infiltrator class. This ability, called Overwhelm, will give the Infiltrator a 10% increased chance to bypass their target’s block, parry, and evade defenses for 30 seconds, and can be used every 5 minutes.
  • Calming Notes – This ability will now affect all enemy realm targets, including players, pets, and guards, but will now only last 20 seconds.
  • Call of Darkness – This ability should now be completely uninterruptible, and the Necromancer should be immune to Stun and Mesmerize effects while casting this spell.
  • A new Realm Rank 5 ability has been added to the Nightshade class. This ability, called Shadow Shroud, will reduce all incoming damage by 25% and increase the Nightshade’s chance to be missed by 25% for 30 seconds, and can be used every 10 minutes.
  • A new Realm Rank 5 ability has been added to the Shadowblade class. This ability, called Blooddrinking, will cause the Shadowblade to be healed for 25% of all damage he does for 30 seconds, and can be used every 5 minutes.
  • Shield Trip – This ability will now do 300 damage to its target as well as rooting it. Additionally, this ability will now grant the Scout a 60% unbreakable speed increase for 15 seconds when used.
  • Spirit Martyr – This ability will no longer stun or sacrifice the pet when used.
  • Vale Defense – The ablative on this spell has been increased to 1000.
  • Valhalla’s Blessing – The chance for group members to not expend power or endurance while this spell is active has been increased to 75%.
  • Boiling Cauldron – The spillover time on the summoned cauldron has been lowered to 3.5 seconds and the damage has been increased to 650.
  • Wall of Flame – The Wizard will now additionally receive a 200 value, 100% value ablative that will absorb melee and magic damage. This ablative will pulse every 3 seconds for the duration of the Wall of Flame, and last 10 seconds each pulse.
Patch 1.109
  • All players who are wielding two weapons will now reduce their target’s chance to block or evade by 25%.
  • Vanish – This ability will now also silence the user for 15 seconds when used.
  • Dreamweaver – This ability will now also grant the bard a reactive snare proc. This snare proc will have a 20% proc rate and will apply a 40% snare that will last 15 seconds. This snare will not leave immunity. The reactive proc will be removed if Dreamweaver is removed.
  • Overwhelm – The percentage value on this ability has been increased from 10% to 15%.
  • A new Realm Rank 5 ability has been added to the Savage class. This ability, called Fueled by Rage, will reduce all damage that the Savage takes for the next 30 seconds by 20%. Additionally, half of the damage that this ability reduces will be returned to the Savage as healing. This ability will be usable every 10:00.
  • Blooddrinking – The percentage value on this ability has been reduced from 25% to 15%.
  • Summons by astral weapons has been decreased from level 50 to level 44.
Patch 1.110
  • A new level 50 baseline strength buff has been added
  • The level 21 Celtic Dual style Hurricane has had its endurance cost reduced from High to Medium, and has had its growth rate adjusted up significantly.
  • A new single-target dexterity debuff has been added to the Way of Light Base Spell Line
  • A new single-target strength debuff has been added to the Way of Mana Base Spell Line
  • The single-target dexterity debuff and the single-target strength debuffs have been removed from the Way of the Void Spell Line
  • A new single-target root has been added to the Enchantment Base Spell Line
  • Fall-off damage has been enabled for the AoE bolt spells in the Ethereal Shriek Specialization Line
  • A new defensive heal proc spell has been added to the Bard Nurture Specialization Line
  • The defensive heal proc in the Friar Enhancement Specialization Line has been adjusted

Patch 1.111
  • All Confusion spells have had their range increased from 1350 to 1500
  • The Enchanter RR5 Protection of the Underhill has been changed to a 2000 point, 50% ablative, which absorbs both magic and melee damage done against the Enchanter. This ability will last 3 minutes, or until depleted, and have a 10 minute recast. This ability requires the Enchanter to have a pet alive to activate.
  • The Minstrel Realm Rank 5 Calming Notes has had its radius changed from 750 to 600.
  • Thanes will now receive a group endurance reduction buff in their Stormcalling specialization line.
  • Rangers now receive the ability, Tracker's Alacrity, at level 35. This ability grants the user a 35% buff to their evasion, and gives them access to Advanced Evade, for 30 seconds, every 7 minutes.
Patch 1.112
  • Rampage has had its percentage to prevent all stat debuffs increased from 35% to 100%.
  • Animist pets and bombers are no longer affected by resist pierce bonuses beyond the 10% cap.
  • Maulers now receive Stoicism at level 35.
  • Necromancer pets are no longer affected by resist pierce bonuses beyond the 10% cap.
Patch 1.113
  • The Paladin RR5 ability, Selfless Devotion, has had its radius increased from 750 to 2000.
  • The Runemaster RR5 ability, Runes of Utter Agility, has had its duration increased from 15 to 20 seconds.
  • The Shaman RR5 ability, Restorative Mend, has had its duration increased from 30 seconds to 45 seconds.
  • Thanes have been given a new Realm Rank 5 ability, Mjollnir's Protection. This ability is a 2000 range hit buffer that absorbs 50% of the spell damage done to the Thane and their group up to 1500 total damage.
  • "The Warden has been granted a new RR5 ability, Nature's Bellow. This ability is a 500 radius pet scare that lasts 30 seconds and can be re-used every 5 minutes."
Patch 1.114
  • The Warlord ability Cowering Bellow can no longer be resisted.
  • The Warlord ability Defending Martyr now reduces the user's health by 50% instead of 90% and has had its radius increased from 350 to 2000 and reuse reduced from 1800s to 600s.
  • Introducing a new cure nearsight in the Rejuvenation/Mending/Regrwoth specialization at Level 25, 6 seconds cast time.
  • Level 40 cure nearsight spell for primary healers have been reduced from 4.0 seconds to 3.5 seconds cast time
  • The Single instant heal in Rejuvenation/Mending/Regrowth specialization lines have had it's reuse time reduced from 10 minutes to 5 minutes
  • The Group instant heal in Rejuvenation/Mending/Regrowth specialization lines have had it's reuse time reduced from 15 minutes to 10 minutes
  • The Level 29 Axe style, Havoc, has had its growth rate and damage slightly increased, defense penalty removed, and low to-hit bonus changed to a medium bonus.
  • The Level 44 Axe style, Arctic Rift, now has a 5s stun effect instead of a bleed. Arctic Rift’s endurance cost has been increased.
  • The Level 50 Axe style, Tyr’s Fury, now follows the side positional Glacial Movement instead of Havoc. Tyr’s Fury has had its endurance cost reduced and damage slightly increased.
  • Champions now receive the Pin style in Shield Specialization as follows: Level 40 – Pin – Anytime – Low Endurance – Very Low Damage – 70% Snare, 6s duration
  • An Energy Direct Damage line of spells have been added to Baseline Mana Magic
  • Increased the range of the timered Celerity buffs from 1500 to 2000.
  • Maulers will now recieve 1.8 specialization points per Level.
  • The Nightshade Realm Rank 5 ability, Shadow Shroud, has had its values reduced from 15% damage reduction and 15% chance to be missed down to 10% for both.
  • Reavers now receive the Pin style in Shield Specialization as follows: Level 40 – Pin – Anytime – Low Endurance – Very Low Damage – 70% Snare, 6s duration
  • Removed the Celerity Chant line of spells from Warden Nurture Specialization and added them to the Regrowth Specialization as a timered, casted buff
  • Vampiirs now get access to the Mastery of Focus realm ability.
Patch 1.115
  • The Bainshee pulsing PBAoE spell is capped at 9 pulses now. Players will have to recast the spell after the 9th pulse fires.

  • The Animist Class is now available to Elfs.
  • Added Level 50 lifedrain to Arboreal Path baseline.
  • DD+Debuff bomber in Creeping base line has been increased in duration, 15 to 20 seconds, and effectiveness, 10% to 20%.
  • Added disease FnF pets in Creeping spec line at level 5, 14, 20, 31, 41
  • Added Strength and Dexterity debuff in Verdant base line.
  • Added group versions of the melee absorb buffs in Verdant specline.
Armsman
  • Snapshot, Taunting Shout, Metal Guard and Climbing Spikes removed.
Bainshee
  • Added ranged AE S/C debuff to Spectral Guard spec line
  • Phantasmal Wail PBAE D/Q debuff has been changed to ranged AE.
  • Instant PBAE Fear has been added (11, 22, 29, 39, 49) to Phantasmal Wail specline.
  • Instant PBAE Random shear has been added (45) to Phantasmal Wail specline.
  • Cure mezz has been added (19) to Phantasmal Wail specline.
  • Ethereal Shriek AE snare has been changed to AE root.
  • Ethereal Shriek Physical shield has been changed to pulsing group melee ablative.
  • RR5 Sonic Barrier: Increases armor absorption to 40%, range increased to 2000, duration reduced to 30 seconds.
Bard
  • Single resist chants removed.
  • Confusion spells have had their cast times reduced from 3.5sec to 3.0sec.
  • Cure Poison/Disease cast time is reduced from 3.2 to 3.0 seconds
  • Added self-target mez-dampening buff to Nurture specline (10, 20, 30, 40% at 16, 26, 35, 44)
Berserker
  • Added Climb Walls ability at level 35.
Blademaster
  • Celtic Dual style Thunderstorm has had it's growth rate removed.
  • Added Climb Walls ability at level 35.
Bonedancer
  • DoT damage values has been brought up to the same levels as other DoT spells.
  • Added realm target Cure Mezz to Bone Army spec at level 37.
Cabalist
  • Added Matter direct damage to Matter baseline.
Champion
  • Snare does not give immunity (but respects it)
  • Snare slow changed to 15, 20, 25, 30, 40%
  • Snare duration set to 20s on all levels
Cleric
  • All smite spells have 1500 range.
  • All smite damage spells have been changed to scale as list casters.

  • PBAE mezz in Smite spec line does not provide immunity.
  • Cure Poison/Disease cast time is reduced from 3.2 to 3.0 seconds
  • Pulsing Cure Poison/Disease II cast time is reduced from 3.7 to 3.5 seconds to match Pulsing Cure Poison/Disease I
Druid
  • Focus shield removed from Nurture.
  • AOE buffs removed from Nurture.
  • Cure Poison/Disease cast time is reduced from 3.2 to 3.0 seconds
  • Pulsing Cure Poison/Disease II cast time is reduced from 3.7 to 3.5 seconds to match Pulsing Cure Poison/Disease I
Enchanter
  • Added self spell damage buff (3, 6, 9%) to Light specline (30, 37, 47)

Friar
  • Offensive heal procs changed to 3 second cast time and a 20 minute duration
  • Lvl15 Double Strike how has a 50hp/2sec HoT
  • Lvl25 Banish and Lvl39 Friar's Fury swapped levels
  • Lvl25 Friar's Fury now has a 100hp heal proc (instead of a bleed)
  • Lvl34 Holy Staff changed to backstyle snare
  • Lvl39 Banish now chains of Lvl34 Holy Staff and has a 5sec stun
  • Lvl44 Stunning Wrath chains off Lvl18 Friar's Friend (side)
  • Lvl50 Excommunicate changed to anytime with a 100dd (spirit).
  • Cure Poison/Disease cast time is reduced from 3.2 to 3.0 seconds
Healer
  • Combat speed debuff has been reduced to normal scaling and duration has been increased to 2 minutes

Mauler
  • Based on game version 1.114. (Races not included)
  • Reduced duration on the unbreakable root from 30/43/56/69/82 to 15/20/25/30/35 seconds.
Mentalist
  • Removed Energy direct damage to Mana baseline.
  • Nearsight is normal (no debuff, standard values)
  • Direct Damage (Energy) added to Mentalism specline.
  • Confusion spells have had their cast times reduced from 3.5sec to 3.0sec.
  • Speedwarp available at lvl50 in Mentalist baseline (requires ML4 or higher to cast)
Mercenary
  • RR5 Blinding Dust has been replaced with Dissolute Swings
  • Added Climb Walls ability at level 35.
Necromancer
  • Added group versions of the melee absorb buffs in Deathsight specline.
  • Necromancer pet can be healed/cured by targetting the shade.
Nightshade
  • Remedy, Shadowstrike, Assassinate and deathblow stealth hiding bonus removed.
  • Celtic Dual style Thunderstorm has had it's growth rate removed.
Paladin
  • Increased spec points from 2.0 to 2.5.
  • Damage table increased from 19 to 20.
  • Single resist chants removed.
  • Multi-resist chants removed.
  • Added stacking all magic resist chant, 5%/10% at 27/46.
  • Spec AF chant will coexist with buffs.
  • Power cost from Endurance chant has been removed.
  • Add grp celerity buff, instant cast, 2000 range, 15sec RUT, 10sec DUR
  • RR5 Selfless Devotion does not debuff the caster and group heal scales with group size.
Ranger
  • Desperate Bowman grants the user a 15 seconds speed burst.
  • Celtic Dual style Thunderstorm has had it's growth rate removed.
Reaver
  • Self cast mezz reduction buff added to Soulrending (20/30/40/50% at 18/28/38/48)
  • Added Astral Whip of Illusions (Reaver only)
  • Lvl50 Leviathan remains a back positional with a 153 direct damage (Spirit)
Runemaster
  • Added self spell damage buff (3, 6, 9%) to Darkness specline (28, 36, 45)
  • Hugin's Claw moved from level 48 to 46.
  • Confusion spells have had their cast times reduced from 3.5sec to 3.0sec.
  • Confusion in Suppression spec has been moved to Runecarving base.
Savage
  • Damage table raised from 20 to 21.
  • Taunt changed to instant cast, 1500 range with 20 seconds cooldown.
  • Added Climb Walls ability at level 35.
Scout
  • Receives the ability, Tracker's Alacrity, at level 35.
Shadowblade
  • Remedy, Shadowstrike, Assassinate and deathblow stealth movement bonus removed.
Shaman
  • Focus shield removed from Augmentation.
  • AOE buffs removed from Augmentation.
  • Cure Poison/Disease cast time is reduced from 3.2 to 3.0 seconds
  • The group health regen buff in Mending spec line has had it's cast time reduced from 4 to 3 seconds and is uninterruptable, castable on the move and in combat mode.
  • Direct Damage in Cave spec has been moved to base and scales like a normal base DD spell.
Skald
  • Single resist chants removed.
  • Snare does not give immunity (but respects it)
  • Snare slow changed to 15, 20, 25, 30, 40%
  • Snare duration set to 20s on all levels
  • Added CC reduction chant, 3/6/9/12/15% at 9/19/29/39/49 Battlesong spec.
  • Voice of Skadi reduced from 30s duration, 10min recast to 15s duration, 5min recast
Sorcerer
  • Added Matter direct damage to Matter baseline.
  • Matter resist debuff in Body specline reduced from 15s to 8s.
  • Confusion spells have had their cast times increased from 2.5sec to 3.0sec.
Spiritmaster
  • Added Taunt spells (similar to Bainshee) to Spiritmaster Suppression spec.
  • Spiritmaster pet anti-mezz buff has been changed to anti-CC.
  • Added matter DD in Summoning base line.
  • Added matter debiff in Summoning spec line.
Thane
  • Stormcalling has a castable single target Energy resist debuff, 50% at 49
  • Stormcalling ranged spells are increased to 1700 range
  • Lvl50 Ragnarok remains a back positional with a 150 direct damage (Energy)
  • Added 50dd energy proc to Level 29 Axe style Havoc
  • Mjollnir's Protection duration is increased to 10 minutes, up from 60 seconds.
  • Mjollnir's Protection total absorb is now 50% of value when solo, this scales up to 100% in a full group.
  • Damage table for Axe raised to 19 (same as Hammer).
Theurgist
  • Added Matter direct damage to Earth baseline.
Valewalker
  • Added Level 50 lifedrain to Arboreal Path baseline.
  • Snare does not give immunity (but respects it)
  • Snare slow changed to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40%

  • Offensive disease proc changed to group target. Group members have lower proc chance.
  • Vale Defense absorbs 1500 damage, up from 1000.
  • Vale Defense total absorb is now 50% of value when solo, this scales up to 100% in a full group.

Valkyrie
  • Lvl50 Ragnarok remains a back positional with a 150 direct damage (Spirit)
  • Cure Poison/Disease cast time is reduced from 3.2 to 3.0 seconds
Vampiir
  • Vampiiric Embrace NPC dismissal is changed to Fear
Warden
  • Offensive heal procs changed to 3 second cast time and a 20 minute duration
  • Cure Poison/Disease cast time is reduced from 3.2 to 3.0 seconds
Warlock
  • Based on game version 1.101.
  • First Chamber awarded at 17 in each spec, up from 7.
  • Boiling Cauldron actually snares (bugfix)
  • Damage from chambers reduced by 20%
  • Chamber recast time increased from 3 to 5 seconds.
  • Secondary spells via primers must be cast straight away.
  • Added Mastery of Healing and Wild Healing realm abilities.
Warrior
  • Taunting Shout, Metal Guard and Climbing Spikes removed.
  • Added Astral Voltaic Great Sword, Axe and Hammer (Warrior only).
  • Testudo: Absorb from 90% to 75%, duration from 45s to 15s, no longer snares, has a 25% block/parry bonus, no longer disarms, can be used with any shield.
Wizard
  • Added Matter direct damage to Earth baseline.
  • Added Matter debuff to Earth specline.
  • Added Nearsight to Earth specline.
  • Added ST disease to Fire baseline.
  • Added AE disease to Cold specline.
